Your View: Accounting

NEVADA, Mo. — Does anybody in Joplin have any idea how many millions of dollars from insurance companies, grants, taxpayers, FEMA and just outright gifts have flowed into the city in the past two years?

Reading The Joplin Globe the past 25 months, I have been overwhelmed by the amount of money, gifts and donations of labor that have been going into Joplin.

Does anyone have an accounting of all this?
