There were 189 lawbreakers — defective equipment seems to be a problem. Guess the $12 car inspection is not working. $43,549 in fines. Bet Curt will think twice about littering — $1,152 fine. How’s that one-half percent safety tax working for you?
I wonder if anyone downtown has heard the term recession or greed. I can’t end this without giving bureaucrats (look that up in the dictionary), politicians, lawyers and Washington, D.C., a mention. I thought I knew who the bad people were.
