Your View: Finding audience for Bard

JOPLIN, Mo. — It was interesting to see Globe columnist Mike Pound’s recollection of college studies of the Bard of Avon in association with the upcoming production of “Macbeth.”

It’s an ambitious project for a limited audience, it seems.

Is there any way it could be linked to the Mother Road, the Wilson Creek Battleground or maybe some violent storm to boost local interest?

And who else remembers Luna Newton, the late poet laureate of the Ozarks?
