I am here in the Tri-State Area for a “winter holiday.” I grew up in Baxter Springs/Riverton and always enjoy coming home.
Each day I have read The Joplin Globe and am amazed at all the articles covering current events and things of interest. The Globe puts my Rome, N.Y., paper to shame. We could use a Mike Pound to brighten the day.
