Thanks for your insightful editorial in the Globe on Nov. 1 concerning the international mission at Missouri Southern State University.
Although this “mission” appears to still be in its infancy, the foundation seems to have been laid so that this little Missouri school is poised to become famous for offering a well-rounded undergraduate education with worldwide student diversity and unlimited world study opportunity.
Time will tell whether the countless hours invested by faculty and administrators in pursuit of this international objective will be rewarded, or simply thrown out.
