Voices: Please pray

Let’s point out some facts about the deadly Obama health care bill. No matter what the liberal Democrats say about Obama’s health care plan. It would provide the following:

1. A mandate for abortion.

2. “End of life” counseling every five years especially for the aged and ill leading to euthanasia.

3. Dictate pregnancy intervals and number of children.

4. Requires taxpayers to pay for sex-change surgeries.

5. Rationing and decrease in quality of health care.

6. Meddling with doctor-patient decisions.

7. Companies must make government program “available” or be taxed on the employees’ salaries.

8. A trillion dollar-plus deficit.

These items plus many other dangerous and unacceptable provisions are included.

There will be extensive restrictions and pressure upon private health insurance companies, ultimately forcing them to go out of business. This way, government health care will become a single payer (the government) system. Obama’s plan will actually “reduce” life and life expectancy.

The following are direct quotes from Obama. “If I were designing a system from scratch, I would set up a single payer system ... a single payer system is a one government funded program.” “Maybe you’re better off not having the surgery but taking the painkiller.”

A health care program reform should encompass morality based upon God’s Ten Commandments and the sanctity of life as follows:

1. No abortions or any sort.

2. No contraceptive services.

3. No embryonic stem cell therapies.

4. No sterilization or sex- change surgeries.

5. No euthanasia or assisted suicides.

One must “not” sit on the side- lines. Please contact 202-224-3121. Ask for Sen. Christopher Bond, Sen. Claire McCaskill and Rep. Roy Blunt to make your voices heard. One’s life may depend on it. That which is not sought for the love of God and his Ten Commandments is worthless and only burdens the soul. Please pray.
