I approve of the health care reform. Roosevelt helped the poor, getting Social Security passed while he was president.
John F. Kennedy finally got Medicaid and Medicare passed to help the poor while he was in. Clinton tried to get health care passed, but failed.
Now Obama is trying to help the poor by getting health care passed. He is another Robin Hood, from my point of view.
The Bible plainly states the poor will always be among you; surely that doesn’t mean they should go without medicine.
Now it’s our privilege to see if we can help. Surely as a Christian nation, it’s our obligation to secure our future from diseases by medication.
Let’s pull together and achieve our goal. It’s something we all face.
