On the front page of the Nov. 13 Globe was the headline, “Fort Hood suspect charged.”
Alongside that was an interview with photo of one of the victims that was “suspected” of being shot several times. When does this man become “the killer” instead of “the suspect”?
It seems that there were plenty of eyewitness accounts. Sadly, some witnesses did not live to see the suspect brought to justice.
That being said, I assume that the ACLU will step in since the “suspect’s” attorney was troubled by the charges being served in his absence! And I’m sure that the victims’ families are concerned about the lawyer being mad.
