Your View: Failing

JOPLIN, Mo. — On whose side is the U.S. administration in the war against Sunni terrorist expansion?

The Sept. 11, 2012, attack in Benghazi, Libya, highlighted the failure to have planned to engage terrorists’ well-organized offensives, giving the marauders a chance to escape without casualties.

We have failed to support citizens, individually, in protecting themselves, putting them at the nonexisting mercy of marauding Sunni extremists. The right to have weapons and ammo, guaranteed by our Constitution, is irrationally under attack by the administration, in yet another attack on our Constitution.

There are two easily corrected things that, until they are corrected, put U.S. citizens and our allies at a disadvantage.
