TULSA, Okla. (AP) — State health officials say more swine flu vaccine is arriving in Oklahoma — making more people eligible for a vaccination.
The priority groups for the vaccination has been expanded to adults ages 19 to 24, all health-care workers and all caregivers of infants younger than 6 months.
About 80,000 more doses of the H1N1 vaccine are expected this week — including both the nasal spray and injectables.
Health officials say 804 Oklahomans have been hospitalized since Sept. 1 because of complications from swine flu, and 20 people have died.
