A Health Talk program on exercise and the Walk-Fit Health Fair will be offered by St. John’s Regional Medical Center. • Monday: Health Talk, 5 p.m., Health Connection at Northpark Mall. Brenda Rowe will present “Get a Kick Out of Life: How Much Exercise Do You Need?” • Tuesday: Walk-Fit Health Fair, 7 to 11 a.m., in the main entrance at Northpark Mall. • Wednesday: Blood-pressure screenings, 7:30 to 10 a.m., Health Connection. Free and open to the public. Classes, meetings set at Freeman Classes for mothers and their children, and two support-group meetings have been scheduled by Freeman Health System. • Today: Sibling class, 6:30 to 8 p.m., conference room at Freeman West, 1102 W. 32nd St. Open to children ages 3 to 12, the class will help kids adapt to changes that come with a new sibling. Free for Freeman patients, but registration is required. Details: 347-6667. • Saturday: Prenatal class, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., conference room at Freeman West. The class will help mothers and labor coaches prepare for childbirth. Free for Freeman patients, but registration is required. Details: 347-6667. • Tuesday: Alzheimer’s support group, 6 to 7 p.m., conference room 4E at Freeman East, 932 E. 34th St. Free and open to the public.
