Freeman Health System has announced classes in prenatal care and CPR.
Monday: Prenatal class, 6:30 to 9:30 p.m., Freeman West Meeting Room 1W, 1102 West 32nd St., Joplin.

Tuesday: Friends and Family CPR, 6:30 to 9 p.m., Joplin Family Y, South Alice Wilson Conference Room, 3404 McIntosh Circle Dr., Joplin. Class size is limited. Registration is required. Details: 417-347-4448.

St. John’s to offer health screenings
St. John’s Regional Medical Center will offer screenings for blood pressure and cholesterol.
Monday: Blood pressure screening, 9:30 to 11 a.m., hospital lobby. Free.
Blood drive, 10 a.m to 4 p.m., Mercy Conference Center.
Tuesday: Cholesterol Screening, Family Care Center, 32nd St. and Jackson Ave., $5 lab draw, fasting recommended. Details: 417-625-2000.
