Joplin police said today they are looking for Johnny White, 40, who has been identified as a “person of interest” following a shooting Wednesday night.
Police said the shooting took place at 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at 904 Connecticut Ave. Upon arriving at the residence, they said found Damyon Fisher, 26, with a single gunshot wound to the abdomen. Fisher was taken to a local hospital where he is listed in critical but stable condition.
