Globe/ B.W.Shepherd Laurie Tandy of Joplin gives a strearn look of disapprovel when asked to sign a petion to decriminalize small amounts of Marijuana in the the Joplin City limits. Campaign Director Kelly Maddy stood in front of Dillion's Groccery Store on Sunday afternnoon to petion local voters.
