Globe/Roger Nomer Christina King salvages tools Tuesday morning at the wreckage of her home in Picher. Federal and state disaster workers have set up shop at the Picher Community Center at 116 Devilliers Circle, and are accepting applications for assistance in connection with the May 10 tornado.
