Globe/Garry Jeffries City Clerk Barbara Hogelin arranges a Christmas window display she created in the front of Joplin City Hall at Sixth and Main streets. The display is designed, she said, to reflect the Victorian era of the early 1900s. The period saw the construction of Newman’s Department Store, a renovated version of which now houses City Hall.
