— WICHITA, Kan. — Federal Judge Monti Belot today sentenced former Cherokee County Attorney Michael Goodrich to a year and a day in prison.
Goodrich had pleaded guilty to felony extortion, admitting that he took money and received favorable treatment from management at Sensations Gentleman's Club, a club south of Galena featuring women dancing nude.
Belot is allowing Goodrich to surrender voluntarily.
