Of Missouri’s 16 delegates, six say they are undecided and will remain so until the Democratic National Convention in August. Two of those delegates have not yet been named. In Oklahoma, seven of nine delegates remain uncommitted. And Kansas has five of nine delegates, one yet to be named, who are undecided. Neither Clinton nor Obama have enough regular delegates to win the nomination, said Burdett Loomis, a political scientist professor at Kansas University. However, superdelegates can vote however they choose. That means that these delegates could vote against the results of primary elections.
