— CARTHAGE, Mo. — A decorated-bra contest is being held to raise money for the American Cancer Society Relay for Life.
The challenge is to decorate a bra in whatever way one can imagine. Participants are to then bring the decorated bra to the Block By Block Quilt shop in Carthage so it can be put on display.
The cost to enter is $5, which will go to the American Cancer Society Relay for Life. People will be able to come by the shop and vote for their favorite by putting $1 toward the bra of their choice. Prizes will be awarded to the top three vote-getters.
All proceeds go to the American Cancer Society Relay for Life.
The deadline to enter is May 3.
