COLUMBUS, Kan. — Assistant Kansas Attorney General Steven Wilhoft has charged a Baxter Springs man with drug crimes.
Johnny Redden is charged with two felony counts of sale of methamphetamine, felony meth possession, felony use of drug paraphernalia and two felony counts of failing to affix a drug tax stamp. He also is charged with misdemeanor marijuana possession.
The crimes are alleged to have taken place on Feb. 14, 15 and 21.
Redden’s age and birth date were unavailable, but Wilhoft said the defendant was born in 1965.
Baxter Springs police, the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Department and the Kansas Bureau of Investigation investigated.
