— The American Red Cross has opened three emergency storm shelters in the region.
They are at:
- First Baptist Church at 501 W. Market St., Diamond
- Calvary Baptist Church, 2650 Oak Ridge Extensions, Neosho
- First Baptist Church, 901 Oneida Ave., Seneca.
