A Monett woman was injured in a two-vehicle accident at 1:25 p.m. Wednesday on County Road 2170, two miles west of Freistatt in Lawrence County, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Leticia Martinez-Gonzalez, 25, was taken to Cox Monett Hospital, the patrol said.
Martinez-Gonzalez was driving a southbound car that collided with an eastbound car driven by Susan E. Neely, 52, of Pierce City, the patrol said.
n Both drivers suffered serious injuries in a two-vehicle accident at 8:30 p.m. Tuesday on Highway 43, five miles north of Carl Junction in Jasper County, the state patrol said.
Justin M. Allen, 30, of Webb City, was taken to Freeman Hospital West, and Ervin P. Langan, 56, of Oronogo, was taken to St. John’s Regional Medical Center in Joplin, the patrol said.
Allen was driving a southbound pickup truck that crossed the center line and struck Langan’s northbound pickup truck head-on, the patrol said.
