Published May 15, 2008 01:19 pm -  12:06 p.m. Pastor arrested fon additional sex abuse charges NEOSHO, Mo. — Sheriff’s deputies arrested Neosho pastor Randall “Danny” Russell again at 11:30 a.m. today on nine more felony counts of child-sexual abuse filed by the Newton County prosecutor on Tuesday.
Russell, 49, had been free on $250,000 bond since his initial arrest April 29 based on the allegations of a former female church member who claims he photographed her nude and committed sexual acts with her when she was 16. Since then, three more females have come forward with allegations of a similar nature against the pastor of the Acts II church near Neosho. Sheriff Ken Copeland said Russell was arrested at his business, Garages and More, at 11285 Mulberry Road, which is also where his church and home are located. The sheriff said the new charges carry an additional $50,000 bond.
