— A 32-year-old Shoal Creek Drive man was arrested on charges of second-degree arson stemming from a weekend house fire, according to the Redings Mill Fire Department.
Mark W. Sampson was arrested without incident Tuesday afternoon by investigators with the Missouri Division of Fire Safety.
The charges allege that Sampson set fire to a rental home at 230 W. 44th St. in Shoal Creek Drive. Redings Mill Fire Chief Andy Nimmo said the fire started sometime late Sunday night or early Monday morning.
