— At least one candidate has filed to replace Speaker of the House Ron Richard. Shelly Dreyer, an attorney with the Ed Hershewe firm, has announced that she is running for the Missouri House in 2010. She stopped by the Globe today and talked about issues, her background and why she wants to run for the House.
