— A Webb City teen was bound over for trial on one count of first-degree assault and one count of armed-criminal action in the stabbing of another teen, a Jasper County Circuit Court judge ruled Thursday.
Daniel Levi Jordan, 17, will be arraigned at 9 a.m. Monday, July 28, in a trial division of the circuit court.
During a preliminary hearing, the 15-year-old victim testified that Jordan stabbed her in the back with a pocket knife on May 28, as they were walking home from a party in Webb City.
