City officials said Friday morning that hot water has been restored to residents who had lived without it in a dowtown apartment building for several months.
Steve Cope, the city building inspector, said he completed an inspection of the Robertson Apartments, 411 S. Wall Ave., and found hot water had been restored to all 32 units. The hot water had been off since at least April, when the building’s owner, James Inman began making repairs to a broken boiler.
“At this point, they’ve done as we requested,” Cope said.
