— PITTSBURG, Kan. — A 43-year-old man is facing a charge of possession of a stolen vehicle after a vehicle stop Thursday night by a Pittsburg police officer.
Authorities said in a statement that an officer on routine patrol noticed a 1995 Buick that had been reported stolen in Hutchinson, Kan., and stopped it in the 100 block of South Broadway with the help of a Crawford County sheriff’s deputy.
The driver, Richard B. Logan Sr., of Pittsburg, was arrested and charged with possession of stolen property. He also was charged with driving with a suspended license.
Logan was being held at the Crawford County Jail on $3,000 bond.
