The event will be a “town-hall” meeting at 2:30 p.m at the American Legion Post No.137 headquarters in Mt. Vernon. Giuliani, who rose to national prominence as mayor of New York City in the 1990s and during the Sept. 11, 2001 terror attacks, is considered by many to be a front-runner for the GOP nomination.
