— A Carterville man will stand trial for allegedly raping a 16 year-old girl, a Jasper County Court judge ruled Wednesday.
Richard R. Harper III, 19, was bound over by Judge Richard Copeland, after the accused victim testified at a preliminary hearing in associate court this afternoon.
According to a probable-cause statement, the incident reportedly happened at a Halloween party at a Joplin trailer park.
