Neosho names new finance director

NEOSHO, Mo. — The city of Neosho has another new finance director.

Daphne Pevahouse started the job last week, though she has worked in the city’s finance department since 2009.

She replaces Pete Ramsour, who started in the position in November 2012. City Manager Troy Royer declined to discuss the reasons for Ramsour’s exit. Ramsour had replaced Jane Obert, who was hired to the post on Sept. 26, 2011, and was fired after less than a year, in September 2012.
