Three presidential finalists named for Crowder College

NEOSHO, Mo. — The Crowder College Presidential Search Committee has selected three finalists for the college president position to recommend to the Board of Trustees.

The finalists are: Jim Cummins, of Neosho, current vice president of finance at Crowder; Brent Bates, of Sedalia, current vice president of education and student support services at State Fair Community College in Sedalia; and Jennifer Methvin, of Hope, Ark., vice chancellor for academics at the University of Arkansas Community College at Hope.

The three will be brought to campus for interviews with the Board of Trustees, tours of the college and community and open public forums. The board plans to offer the position to the successful candidate by April with the new president starting by July 1.
