COLUMBUS, Kan. —
Kaston Hudgins today was bound over for trial on two counts of felony murder in the deaths of Teresa and Taylor Kemp from injuries in a July 16, 2009, traffic crash south of Pittsburg.
According to testimony in his preliminary hearing, Hudgins was fleeing a patrol car driven by Cherokee County Sheriff's deputy Dean Kidd when the Hudgins vehicle slammed into the rear of the Kemp vehicle.
