NEOSHO, Mo. —
The Neosho City Council on Tuesday was informed about two upcoming events expected to draw visitors to town.
Gib Garrow, economic development director for the Neosho Area Chamber of Commerce, provided information about the Citywide Garage Sale. It’s the 25th anniversary of the sale and this year is planned over two days, Friday and Saturday, April 5 and 6.
Organizer Paul Richardson also provided information about a Blessing of the Bikes motorcycle event, set for Sunday, May 12 on the square. The council approved his request to close the north side of the square for the event.
