COLUMBUS, Kan. — Felony drug charges have been filed against a rural Weir woman in Cherokee County District Court.
Leslie Stultz, age unavailable, was charged with felony manufacturing of methamphetamine, felony meth possession, felony possession of meth ingredients, felony use of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor marijuana possession and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
The crimes are alleged to have taken place on Oct. 18, 2007.
Assistant Kansas Attorney General Steven Wilhoft filed the charges on Wednesday.
Stultz was one of three people arrested following execution of a search warrant on Feb. 27 at a house on Northeast Highway 103, east of Weir. That search was executed by officers from the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Department, the Kansas Bureau of Investigation and members of the Community Narcotics Enforcement Team from Vernon and Barton counties in Missouri.
