PITTSBURG, Kan. — A Pittsburg man was arrested early Saturday morning for two felony counts, including driving under the influence and obstruction.
Joseph Goings, 28, was booked at the Crawford County Jail in Girard on a $6,000 bond, according to a release from the Pittsburg Police Department.
Goings was arrested about 2:30 a.m. Saturday, near the 300 block of South Elm in Pittsburg, after he allegedly crashed his pickup truck into a parked vehicle.
Goings allegedly fled the scene on foot, but was caught by officers about a block away from the accident scene.
