(AP) — A Tulsa County judge has scheduled an Aug. 4 preliminary hearing for a Sand Springs woman who is accused of driving into three bicyclists and killing two of them.

Tausha Borland is charged with two counts of first-degree manslaughter, leaving the scene of a fatal accident and driving under the influence involving a personal injury.

Owasso resident Christa Voss, formerly of Joplin, and Matthew Edmonds of Tulsa were riding on the shoulder of Oklahoma 51 when a vehicle drove off the road and struck them. Authorities say the 33-year-old Voss died at the scene and Edmonds, 34, died at a Tulsa hospital.

The third bicyclist, John Moore, survived and is listed as the victim in the DUI-injury count.

Borland was freed on bond with an ankle monitor after posting a total bail of $300,000.
