Galena City Attorney Kevin Cure said there will be no other dismissals of driving under the influence of alcohol charges against defendants in city court as a result of questions about the calibration of an Intoxilyzer machine.
That was the issue that resulted in a DUI charge against former Pittsburg State University football coach Chuck Broyles being dismissed last week.
Cure said there had been no other DUI citations issued during the time period in which the calibration of the machine was in question.
