NEOSHO, Mo. —
The Crowder College Board of Trustees on Friday heard details of a proposed 2013-14 budget with spending of $55.9 million and revenues of $56.2 million.
The budget includes a 2 percent wage increase for faculty and staff. It also includes an increase for part-time instructors.
Jim Cummins, Crowder’s vice president of finance, said revenue increases will come from a tuition increase, approved last month, and increased local taxes.
The board will give the budget final consideration in May.
