Representatives of the Pizza Hut at 1901 S. Range Line Road on Tuesday reported a suspected employee theft to the Joplin Police Department.
Police Cpl. Chuck Niess said someone stole four bank deposits from the business sometime between Sunday and Tuesday morning. The deposits contained $1,584 in cash.
No arrests had been made by late Wednesday afternoon.
