Three people were injured in a two-vehicle accident at 12:55 p.m. Friday on Highway 60 in Granby, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The two drivers involved, Karen A. Hart, 27, of Pierce City, and Ruth A. Smith, 66, of Granby, and a passenger in Smith’s car, William H. McKellar, 46, of Purdy, were taken by ambulances to Freeman Neosho Hospital, the state patrol said.
The patrol said Smith was westbound and slowing to make a left turn when Hart’s car ran into her car from behind.
n A teenager from Adrian was injured in a single-vehicle accident at 11:15 a.m. Friday on Route O, four miles south of Horton in Vernon County, the state patrol said.
Courtney D. Davis, 18, was taken to Nevada Regional Medical Center in Nevada after the accident, the patrol said.
Davis was driving a southbound car that ran off the road and overturned, the patrol said.
