An Aurora woman was injured in a two-vehicle crash at 3:45 p.m. Tuesday on U.S. Highway 60, a mile east of Monett in Barry County, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

Dian M. Jager, 60, was taken to Cox Monett Hospital with moderate injuries, the patrol said.

Jager was driving an eastbound vehicle when a westbound vehicle made a left turn into her path, the patrol said. The driver of the second vehicle, Lonnie D. Beeson, 61, of Cassville, was not injured, the patrol said.

n A Monett woman was injured in a two-vehicle crash at 1:25 p.m. Tuesday on Missouri Highway 37 in Purdy in Barry County, the state patrol said.

Miranda J. Krenke, 22, was taken to Cox Monett Hospital with moderate injuries, the patrol said.

Krenke was driving a southbound vehicle when an eastbound vehicle failed to yield and pulled into her path, the patrol said. The driver of the second vehicle, Roberto Rodriguez, 25, of Monett, was not injured, the patrol said.

n A Joplin man was injured in a single-vehicle accident at 12:31 p.m. Tuesday on U.S. Highway 60, five miles east of Granby in Newton County, the state patrol said.

Joshua C. Mashburn, 29, was taken to Freeman Hospital West in Joplin, the patrol said.

Mashburn lost control of the westbound vehicle, and it ran off the roadway and struck a ditch and an embankment, the patrol said.

n A Carthage teenager was injured in a two-vehicle accident at 10:22 a.m. Tuesday on Elm Road, two miles east of Carthage in Jasper County, the state patrol said.

Louise M. Dalton, 16, was taken to McCune-Brooks Regional Hospital in Carthage, the patrol said.

The patrol said a westbound vehicle driven by Adam L. Reinemann, 22, of Carthage, attempted to pass the Dalton vehicle on a hill, swerved back into the westbound lane to avoid an oncoming car and struck the Dalton vehicle in the rear.

n A Purdy woman was injured in a two-vehicle accident at 4:55 a.m. Tuesday on Highway 37 in Butterfield in Barry County, the state patrol said.

Barbara Jones, 45, was taken to St. John’s Hospital in Cassville, the patrol said.

The patrol said a northbound vehicle driven by Toby R. Sturgell, 31, of Jenkins, crossed the center line and collided with the southbound Jones vehicle.

n Two Cassville residents were injured in a single-vehicle accident at 4:40 p.m. Monday on Route Y, two miles north of Cassville in Barry County, the state patrol said.

The driver, Nicholas J. Cabral, 18, and his passenger, Michael A. Cabral, 19, were taken to St. John’s Hospital in Cassville, the patrol said.

The southbound vehicle overturned and traveled off the roadway, the patrol said.

n A Joplin woman was injured in a two-vehicle accident at 7:37 a.m. Monday on Highway 86 in Redings Mill in Newton County, the state patrol said.

Meagan M. Teague, 24, was taken to Freeman Hospital West in Joplin, the patrol said.

Teague’s southbound vehicle had stopped to make a left turn and was struck from behind by a vehicle driven by Todd W. Burton, 42, of Joplin, the patrol said.
