Neosho police said Friday they are continuing to investigate a train-pedestrian fatality.
At about 2 a.m. Friday, Neosho police were dispatched to the scene of a fatality at Jefferson Avenue and Front Street. Officers found the victim had been hit by a Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway train.
The victim was identified as 22-year-old Marcos Rios, of Neosho.
