NEOSHO, Mo. —
The Neosho Board of Education has hired Dan Decker, currently the superintendent in Aurora, as its next superintendent beginning in July.
Decker, 43, has been superintendent in Aurora for four years and has worked in education for 21 years.
“It just seems to be a really good fit,” Decker said.
The board voted Monday behind closed doors to offer the contract to Decker.
