NEOSHO, Mo. — A 40-year-old man who was arrested Tuesday in an apartment raid north of Neosho has been charged with two drug-related felonies.
Harvey Lee Carlisle Jr., 13448 Kylee Lane, Apartment 12, was charged with manufacturing methamphetamine and possession of chemicals with intent to manufacture meth.
Newton County deputies and agents with the Drug Enforcement Administration reportedly found about 1,000 pseudoephedrine pills, some processed marijuana and a few marijuana plants in Carlisle’s apartment when they executed a search warrant.
