Albert John Morgan, 18, Miami, was assessed a five-year suspended sentence, except for 90 days, and fined $250 for assault and battery.

Chad Allen Townsend, 21, Commerce, was assessed a 15-year suspended sentence, all but the first three years suspended, and fined $1,000 for possession with intent to distribute. He was also fined $500 and assessed a one-year suspended sentence for driving under the influence.
