OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — Strong storms with high winds moved into Oklahoma and more than 10,000 power outages are reported in the state.

No serious injuries have been reported although authorities say aa tractor-trailer rig was blown over on Interstate 35 near Norman. Northbound lanes of the interstate are affected with traffic moving slowly.

Oklahoma Gas and Electric reports on its Web site 3,610 customers without power in Norman and just under 1,500 outages in central and northern Oklahoma City.

Public Service Compnay of Oklahoma reported nearly 5,000 outages in Comanche County in southwestern Oklahoma and almost 1,500 more outages in Grady County.
