CARL JUNCTION, Mo. —
Joyce Marie Berliew, age 71, of Carl Junction passed away on Sunday, Feb. 3, 2013, at her home.
She was born on Dec. 10, 1941, in Qulin, Mo., to Andrew Brooks and Lucille Singleton Brooks. Joyce was a homemaker and avid golfer and loved to spend time with her family and friends.
She married Lowell Berliew on March 25, 1961, in Miami, Okla. and he survives at home.
Joyce is also survived by her sons, Gary Berliew and wife, Karrie, of Carl Junction, Andy Berliew and wife, Wendy, of Webb City; 10 grandchildren; and 4 great- grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 6, at 2 p.m. at Carl Junction Cemetery with Reverend Gerald Holden officiating. A visitation will be held on Tuesday from 6 to 7 p.m. at Simpson Funeral Home in Carl Junction.
Services are under the direction of Simpson Funeral Home in Carl Junction.
