SENECA, Mo. —
JoAnn Cameron, 85, Seneca, Mo. passed into eternal rest at 4:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 15, 2012, at the Seneca House Nursing Home after an illness.
JoAnn was born Dec. 19, 1926, in Fairfax, Okla., the daughter of Hugh and Mary Wetzel. JoAnn was a homemaker a excellent cook, showed generosity to the community, enjoyed pictures and her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
JoAnn married Earl Cameron April 20, 1946, in Columbus, Kan. and he preceded her in death March 28, 2012.
JoAnn was also preceded in death by two sons, Earl Hugh Cameron and Gary Franklin Cameron; one brother, Hugh "Bud" Wetzel; and two sisters, Marge Sanders and Katherine Besse.
Survivors include one daughter, Linda Roark, Seneca; one brother, Bob Wetzel; seven grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 19, at the Swars Prairie Baptist Cemetery with Rev. Mike Roark officiating. The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, at the Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca.
