JOPLIN, Mo. —
Debra Kay Youngblood, age 54, of Joplin, passed away at 6:18 p.m. on Tuesday, April 9, 2013, at Mercy Hospital.
Born March 27, 1959, in Joplin, she was the daughter of the late Frank E. Youngblood and Pattie L. Fannan Youngblood and was a lifetime Joplin resident. She graduated from Memorial High School and worked as a waitress at Lil's Café and Ruth's Barbeque before working at LaBarge, Inc.
She was preceded in death by an infant son, Keifer Youngblood, in 1988.
Survivors include her mother, Pattie Youngblood, of Joplin; two brothers, Frank Chris Youngblood, of Tipton, Mo., and Kevin Lee Youngblood and wife, Shelly, of Diamond, Mo.; four nephews, Jacob, Tyler, Casey and Dylan Youngblood; four great-nieces, one great-nephew, aunts, uncles, numerous cousins and her beloved dog, Poochie.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. Monday at Parker Mortuary.
